    There’s no exact science to hiring the “Right” employee, but we get pretty close to it!
    Our Methodology goes above and beyond others and delivers the information you need in order to make an informed hiring decision. Our placement process starts with an in-depth, face-to-face interview and reference check. Next, we use objective, analytical assessments that measure a candidate’s technical skills. We have a library of over 1,000 different skill assessments that you can choose from. We then use behavioral and personal characteristic assessments which provide valuable insight for measuring an employee’s potential, personal characteristics, individual motivations, likely behaviors and job-related success.*
